Abstract:
To express softness and to improve decorativeness by forming fine ruggedness on an accessory represented by pierced earing and on the base material surface of a prototype article of this accessory.
A fine rugged shape 3 is formed by exerting knurling upon the surface of a long round bar metal material 1, next, annealing is performed at high temperature, and and the metal material 1 is pressed and bent by an inner/outer die 6 having softness at least the surface thereof so as not to crush the fine ruggedness, namely, this process is repeated plural times so that a ring can be formed without crushing the fine rugged shape 3 on the surface.
