Abstract:
To provide automatic journal entries that are consistent with the peculiarities of each company and with past journal entries.SOLUTION: A system includes: a first automatic journaling engine that selects an optimal account title for data to be journalized including multiple journal elements extracted from an accounting evidence document, by using a learning model obtained in advance through machine learning so as to select account titles corresponding to the multiple journal elements or a predetermined search algorithm using the multiple journal elements; and a second automatic journaling engine that selects a matched account title by searching a past journaling result of a target user, prior to processing of the first automatic journaling engine, based on a first journal element included in the data to be journalized.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
