Abstract:
To solve a problem of degradation in performance of a compressor, in an accumulator for a hermetic type two-piston compressor, caused by difference in length to a suction hole of each of two accumulator inner pipes incorporated in the accumulator to cause difference in degree of a pressure loss.
In the accumulator 1 used for a hermetic type two-piston compressor, the lengths to the suction holes of two accumulator inner pipes 5, 6 incorporated therein are set to be equal to each other so as to equalize degrees of pressure loss and to enhance inertial effect, and the performance of the compressor is enhanced thereby.
