Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent runaway of an accumulator even when a plastic film is broken and the tension is removed in the accumulator of the plastic film.
SOLUTION: A valve 15 and opening/closing means 17 to 19 are combined with a tension cylinder 10, the plastic film 1 is engaged with the opening/closing means at the upstream position or the downstream position of a movable roller 2, the tension acts on the opening/closing means, and a valve is kept opened. When the plastic film is broken and the tension is removed, the valve is closed by the opening/closing means, fluid pressure is shielded, and the tension cylinder is prevented from acting on the movable roller.
