To provide an accumulator capable of quickly and simply performing the work for winding a sheet around a fixed roller and a movable roller even when miniaturizing a device while increasing a storage amount of sheet.
This accumulator is provided with a plurality of fixed rollers 2 arranged in parallel at predetermined intervals and a plurality of movable rollers 3 arranged in parallel at predetermined intervals so as to oppose to a plurality of fixed rollers 2 to wind the long sheet S around these fixed rollers 2 and movable rollers 3 alternately and leave it in this condition so as to enable continuous supply of the sheet S due to the reduction of a distance between the movable rollers 3 and the fixed rollers 2. The movable rollers 3 are provided so as to pass sides of the fixed rollers 2 and move freely in the direction crossing the direction of arrangement of the fixed rollers 2.
