Abstract:
To easily detect alignment accuracy of a multi-joint robot.SOLUTION: An accuracy measurement mechanism for multi-joint robot comprises a sensor unit, and a jig unit which can be held by a robot hand. The sensor unit has a first length measurement sensor and a second length measurement sensor, and the jig unit includes a jig. The jig has a first side wall and a second side wall which are arranged along a height direction of the jig and are adjacent to each other, and a douser which is located between the first side wall and the second side wall. The first side wall is provided with a first through hole, and the second side wall is provided with a second through hole. The douser has a first side face and a second side face, and a notch including a first inclined plane connected to an end of the first side face and a second inclined plane connected to an end of the second side face, and is located at a position shielding a part of first laser beam passed through the first through hole and a part of second laser beam passed through the second through hole.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
