Abstract:
To provide an acoustic design support method capable of easily computing easiness of listening in a sound receiving chamber in a case where an opening is provided on a partition wall separating a sound source chamber and the sound receiving chamber, and an acoustic design support device.SOLUTION: An acoustic design support method computes a diffraction sound which is generated from a sound source, directly arrives at an opening, is diffracted at an edge of the opening and directly arrives at a sound receiving point (S11); computes an energy density of a first reflection sound which is generated from the sound source, arrives at the opening after reflected within a sound source chamber, directly arrives at the sound receiving point from the opening and becomes an initial reflection sound at the sound receiving point (S13); computes an energy density of a second reflection sound which is generated from the sound source, arrives at the opening, arrives at the sound receiving point after reflected within the sound receiving chamber, and becomes an initial reflection sound at the sound receiving point (S15); computes clearness on the basis of the diffraction sound and the energy densities of the first reflection sound and the second reflection sound and determines easiness of listening for the sound of the sound source chamber in the sound receiving chamber on the basis of a computation result (S21, S23, S25 and S27).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
