Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide the headphone mode automatically by roof opening, in a car with open roof, by rotating a pillow speaker a certain angle ahead in the horizontal direction using a drive means in accordance with opening of the roof part. CONSTITUTION:When a tilting pillar is tilted and the hood is opened, a contact switch is turned on to put a DC motor 25 in operation, and pillow speakers SPR, SPL are rotated ahead in the horizontal direction until a limit switch L2 is turned off by a link lever 20a to accomplish the headphone mode. When the hood is closed, the DC motor 25 rotates reversely, and the left and right pillow speakers SPR, SPL rotate backward until limit switch L1 is turned off by the link lever 20a to accomplish an approx. straight line state. Thus the pillow speakers will be put in headphone mode automatically when the roof is opened during driving, and the driver can concentrate on driving.
