When a calling sound-call cut detection circuit 2 detects calling sound from telephone line connection terminals 1a and 1b, a control circuit 3 selects the output of an environment sound storage means 6 by a calling sound selector 5 and outputs it to a telephone device 5a. When the calling sound-call cut detection circuit 2 detects the start of the call, the output of a BGV/BGM storage means 7 is selected and outputted instead of the output of a video-sound signal source 9 by a video-voice selector 8 when at least one between video or voice is inputted from the video-voice signal source 9 or when the circuit becoming the video.voice signal source 9 is in an operation state.
