An acoustic generator includes an exciter, and a flat vibrator. The exciter vibrates when an electrical signal is inputted. The exciter is attached to the vibrator, and vibration of the exciter causes vibration of the vibrator together with the exciter. The exciter is formed to have uneven thickness.
