PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acrylic adhesive agent composition which has excellent storage stability and can prevent the corrosion of a layer composed of a metal or a metal oxide even when the layer attached to a surface composed of the metal or the metal oxide is left to stand under a high temperature and high humidity environment.SOLUTION: There is provided an acrylic adhesive agent composition which is used for fixing a member (x) a part or the whole of which is constituted of a metal or a metal oxide and comprises: an acrylic polymer (A) having a carboxylate group neutralized with a compound (a) having an amino group and a hydroxyl group; and an aqueous medium (B).
