This acrylic copolymer with a weight-average molecular weight of 5×104 to 50×104, which has high solubility to organic solvents and moisture permeability, is obtained by subjecting a monomer mixing comprising 5-98 wt.% of an alkyl (meth)acrylate, 2-25 wt.% of a carboxy group-containing monomer and 0-15 wt.% of another monomer to copolymerization.
