Movement information obtained from a GPS device and a preliminarily registered action database are collated to forecast action to be next taken, and processing corresponding to the action is automatically performed. The GPS device and the action anticipative processing system are connected through a network and can mutually communicate information. The action anticipative processing system collates information of position/time/moving speed/moving direction with information of the action database to forecast action to be next taken and automatically performs processing corresponding to the action contents.
