Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active damping method which eliminates disorder caused outside the damping band.
SOLUTION: A high-pass filter 41 which cuts off a detection signal y(t) over the entire range (ω≤ωn) of vibration frequencies where actuator-driven damping is effective and passes the detection signal at higher frequencies (ωn+1≤ω) than the above is used and applied for a detection signal which is detected before a specific time to extract a high-frequency signal component y1(t-T) which is extracted a specific time before, and the waveform of this high-frequency signal component is extrapolated up to a present time and the high-frequency signal component Y1(t) at the present time which is obtained by this extrapolation is subtracted from the detection signal y(t) to detect a low-frequency signal component which is effective to the actuator-driven damping and to drive an actuator according to the low-frequency signal.
