To provide an active energy beam-curable resin composition which may form a coating film unsticky in an uncured state or having a tack-free surface and may exhibit satisfactory toughness, flexibility, and solvent resistance after forming a cured film.
The active energy beam-curable resin composition contains a modified urethane resin (C) and a polyfunctional (meth)acrylate compound (D). The modified urethane resin (C) is obtained by copolymerizing 95 to 10 wt.% of a urethane resin (A) and 5 to 90 wt.% of a radical polymerizable unsaturated monomer and/or its polymerized matter (B). The urethane resin (A) is obtained by reacting at least an organic diisocyanate, a high molecular weight polyol, a chain extender, and optionally a chain-end terminator.
