To provide an active energy beam-cured resin sheet which has reduced shrinkage based on elastic recovery during stress release after three-dimensional machining and is excellent in mechanical strength and elongation.

The active energy beam-cured resin sheet is obtained by curing, with an active energy beam, a composition containing a urethane (meth)acrylate-based oligomer (A) and a reactive dilution monomer (B). The sheet has a 40% elongation strength (y) to 23°C yield point strength (x) ratio (y/x) of 0.9 or less, a yield point strength of 15 MPa or more, and an elongation of 100% or more at breakage.
