Abstract:
To provide an active energy ray-curable composition good in pigment dispersibility when incorporated with a pigment, and giving cured coating film of excellent surface smoothness and adhesion when the cured coating film is formed on a substrate.
The active energy ray-curable composition comprises (A) a component as a compound having in one molecule two or more radical-polymerizable unsaturated bonds and (B) a component as a polymeric fluorine-based surfactant. In this composition, based on 100 pts.mass of the sum of the components (A) and (B), the content of the component (A) is 95-99.5 pts.mass and the content of the component (B) is 0.5-5 pts.mass.
