Abstract:
To provide an active energy ray-curable composition that gives a printed matter having good adhesiveness to a plastic film as well as flexibility to be capable of following bending of the film.SOLUTION: An active energy ray-curable composition comprises one or more species of active energy ray-polymerizable compounds having a (meth)acryloyl group and has such characteristics that: (1) the concentration of the (meth)acryloyl group in the composition is 0.5 or more and less than 2.2 mmol/g; and (2) when a Berkovich indenter is pressed to a cured coating film of the composition to a depth within a range from 300 nm to 500 nm by a nanoindentation hardness tester mounting the Berkovich indenter in an environment at 30°C, the film shows an indentation elastic modulus of 100 or more and less than 1000 MPa. The present invention also discloses active energy ray-curable ink comprising the active energy ray-curable composition, and a printed matter.SELECTED DRAWING: None
