Abstract:

To provide an active energy ray-curable composition capable of forming a hard coat layer which achieves both excellent antistatic properties and bleeding resistance, and a film using the same.SOLUTION: There are provided an active energy ray-curable composition which contains an active energy ray-curable compound (A), a resin (B) having an alicyclic structure and a quaternary ammonium salt, a compound (C) which has a quaternary ammonium salt and no alicyclic structure and an organic solvent (D), and a film using the same. A mass ratio [(B)/(C)] of the resin (B) to the compound (C) is preferably in a range of 5/95 to 40/60. The total blending amount of the resin (B) to the compound (C) is preferably in a range of 1 to 10 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of the active energy ray-curable compound (A).SELECTED DRAWING: None
