Abstract:

To provide an ink composition and an image forming method, excelling in adhesiveness and glossiness of a recorded image.

There is provided an active energy ray curable ink composition which contains: (A) a polymerization initiator; (B) a compound expressed by general formula (1); and (C) a N-vinyl compound. In the formula, X¹ represents a secondary alkyl group, and each of R¹ to R¹⁰ independently represents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group.
