To provide an active energy ray-curable overprint varnish composition used in a method for printing a substrate sheet with an active energy ray-curable overprint varnish composition, irradiating active energy rays to cure the printed varnish composition, subjecting the produced printed sheet to a molding processing such as vacuum molding processing, air pressure molding processing, or vacuum-air pressure molding process to produce the molded article, to provide a printed sheet, and to provide a printed sheet molded article produced from the printed sheet.
This active energy ray-curable overprint varnish composition used in a method for printing an overprint varnish composition on a substrate sheet is characterized in that the used overprint varnish composition comprises a (meth)acrylic resin soluble in a monomer and having an average molecular weight of 30,000 to 100,000, a reactive urethane oligomer, a monofunctional monomer, organic beads and inorganic beads, and is an active energy ray-curing type.
