To provide an active energy ray-curable resin composition for an optical article, which has excellent productivity, a high refractive index of an obtained cured product, slight discoloration of the cured product and excellent adhesivity to a substrate and an optical article obtained by curing the composition by irradiation of an active energy ray.
The active energy ray-curable resin composition for an optical article is an active energy ray-curable resin composition for casting polymerization comprising an aromatic epoxy resin (A) and an optical cationic initiator (B) and has an epoxy equivalent of the resin composition of 130-250. The optical article is obtained by subjecting the active energy ray-curable resin composition for an optical article to casting polymerization.
