A reaction device has a first reaction unit 14, and the first reaction unit 14 pushes a control part to the intermediate position when hydraulically loaded. The reaction device also has a second reaction unit 13, and the second reaction unit has at least one first inlet and at least one second inlet for the pressurized fluid. When the first inlet is hydraulically loaded, the control part is pushed in the first rotational direction, and when the second inlet is hydraulically loaded, the control part is pushed in the second rotational direction.
