Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active material for a nonaqueous secondary battery negative electrode which is useful in manufacturing a nonaqueous secondary battery less in gas generation owing to the decomposition of a nonaqueous electrolytic solution and suppressed in the rise in resistance.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a nonaqueous secondary battery reduced in gas generation owing to the decomposition of a nonaqueous electrolytic solution and suppressed in the rise in resistance by using an active material for a nonaqueous secondary battery negative electrode. The active material for a nonaqueous secondary battery negative electrode comprises: (A) an active material which allows lithium ions to go thereinto and to be desorbed therefrom; and (B) a polymer having a polycyclic structure.
