Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control failures such as divergence and overcurrent occurring in a system to be controlled with a simple structure and a low cost in a short time even when a range wherein the adaptive control is securely performed is exceeded due to changes in environment such as temperature changes and secular changes in an object to be controlled.
SOLUTION: A control coefficient stored in a control part 31 is the appropriate value of an amplitude coefficient defined for each predetermined frequency over all control frequency bands. When the amplitude coefficient updated by a digital filter is smaller than the control coefficient, the amplitude coefficient is used as amplitude compensation of an input signal in the adaptive filter 42. When the updated amplitude coefficient is larger than the control coefficient, the value of the control coefficient is used as the amplitude coefficient.
