Abstract:
To improve the durability of a gel-like damper member while securing deformation characteristics thereof, in an actuator that connects a movable body and a support body by using the gel-like damper member.SOLUTION: An actuator 1A includes: a gel-like damper member 9 that connects a support body 2 and a movable body 3; and a magnetic drive mechanism 6 that vibrates the movable body 3 with respect to the support body 2. The gel-like damper member 9 includes: a gel-like member 90 obtained by cutting a large sheet-like gel, and a coating layer 95 that covers a cut surface of the gel-like member 90. The coating layer 95 is formed on an end face that serves as an exposed surface 96, and accordingly, breakage of the gel-like member 90 is suppressed by the coating layer 95. The coating layer 95 is a rubber elastic film that is more easily stretched and less easily broken than silicone gel constituting the gel-like member 90. Accordingly, the coating layer 95 can enhance the durability of the gel-like damper member 9 while securing the deformation characteristics thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
