Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator adjusting device for a variable displacement turbine which reduces assembly adjustment manhours by avoiding backlash or reducing its forming in a connecting part between an actuator side and a lever assembly side, and simplifies adjustment work between an actuator position and a nozzle vane opening for performance matching between an engine and a supercharger with the variable displacement turbine.
SOLUTION: An actuator device for the variable displacement turbine is composed so that a lever assembly is connected with an actuator rod of an actuator and a blade angle of a nozzle vane is changed by reciprocating movement of the actuator rod via the lever assembly. A screw is formed in a portion of a connecting part side to the lever assembly of the actuator rod. It is provided with an adjustment link movably fit on a screw part outer circumference of the actuator rod with one end side connected with the lever assembly, an adjustment nut moving the adjustment link by moving along the screw, and a fixing nut fixing the adjustment link to the actuator rod by cooperation with the adjustment nut.
