Abstract:
To suppress vibration caused by shock at the time of which operation before the vibration is amplified, and carry out damping quickly.
Vibration caused by lowering operation of a winch motor 11 is detected by a vibration sensor 24, pilot flow rate supplied to a control valve 13 is reduced by an electromagnetic proportional flow rate control valve 20 in a lowering side pilot pipe passage 18 which is operated by a signal from a controller 21 when vibration occurs, and motion of the valve 13 is suppressed so as to reduce the change of winch motor flow rate.
