Abstract:
To provide an actuator equipped with an actuator driven by a fluid supplied thereto, and having a function of suppressing generation of vibration phenomenon as well as having a function of damping operation of the actuator.
The actuator 1 is equipped with: a hydraulic cylinder 2 which is the actuator driven by being supplied with oil; a hydraulic pump 3 for supplying oil to the hydraulic cylinder 2; a first pipe 5 and a second pipe 6 for connecting the hydraulic pump 3 to the hydraulic cylinder 2; a motor 4 for driving the hydraulic pump 3; and both or either of a first throttling mechanism 7 and a second throttling mechanism 8 capable of reducing flow rate of the oil flowing in the first and second pipes 5, 6.
