Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor capable of detecting a shaft position with improved accuracy.SOLUTION: A sensor shaft 20 to which a sensor magnet 21 is fixed has a concave spherical surface part 23. A motor shaft 2 has a convex spherical surface part 24. The convex spherical surface part 24 is retained in the concave spherical surface part 23, so that the motor shaft 2 and the sensor shaft 20 are connected. The shaft connection structure prevents the sensor shaft 20 from tilting even when the motor shaft 2 tilts.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
