Abstract:
To provide an actuator manufactured at a low cost.
A pair of stopper members 30 and 31 are mounted on the shafts 24a and 24b of an actuator 10 with a table 16 nipped therebetween. By bringing the table 16 into contact with the stopper members 30 and 31, the stop position of the table 16 is positioned. Each of the stopper members 30 and 31 is provided with a shock absorber 48 and an adjuster bolt 49.
