Abstract:
To provide an actuator which suppresses damage in each part when an external force is applied.SOLUTION: An actuator comprises: a lead screw extending along a central axis; a motor which is rotationally driven around the central axis; a motor bracket for fixing the motor; a pair of guide shafts disposed at both side with the lead screw interposed therebetween, and extending in an axial direction; a slide frame including a female screw part meshed with a screw groove of the lead screw, and moved in the axial direction along the pair of guide shafts by the rotation of the lead screw around the central axis; a hold frame including a subject holding part which holds a subject at one side in the axial direction with respect to the slide frame, and movable in the axial direction along the pair of guide shafts; and a pair of coil springs disposed at both sides with the lead screw interposed therebetween, extending in the axial direction, provided while being compressed between a first receiving part provided in the slide frame and a second receiving part provided in the hold frame, and energizing the hold frame to one side in the axial direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
