Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator capable of delicately and accurately controlling an oil amount and oil pressure.
SOLUTION: A pair of motor-driven worm mechanisms 26 with different worm screw pitches move a first piston 25 back and forth by converting the tilting of a worm gear 24 screwed to a worm 23 to the linear motion, and are arranged in parallel. An actuator 20 is composed by being equipped with an operating oil pressure-feeding mechanism 33 to push out the operating oil from a third pressure chamber 32, by advancing a third piston 31 against the bounding force of a spring 30 by a second piston 29 to be advanced by the oil pressure of a single second pressure chamber 28 communicating with each first pressure chamber 27 in which each first piston 25 is stored individually.
