To provide an adaptor for drilling device and a drilling device, in which general bits are usable, and replacement to a proper type of general bit can be timely performed according to the state of a hard rock part such as base rock.
The adaptor 10A is used to install a drilling bit 20 composed of a plurality of general bits 21 and 22 which are independently attachable/detachable to the tip of a rod 6 of a rock drill unit (drilling device) 1. The first bit 21 of the plurality of general bits 21 and 22 is disposed concentrically to an axial center CL, and a plurality of the second bits 22 is disposed at circumferentially equal intervals on a concentric circle CC of the axial center CL along the first bit 21 on the side closer to the base end in the axial direction over the first bit 21.
