To provide an additive for an asphalt-containing waterproof sheet low in mixing temperature during manufacturing, high in softening point, excellent in low viscosity, having high adhesiveness in an area from low temperature to high temperature, low in oil bleeding property, and providing an asphalt composition excellent in low temperature flexure property.SOLUTION: There is provided an additive for asphalt-containing waterproof sheet containing a vinyl aromatic monomer unit and a conjugated diene monomer unit, and an additive (A) having hydrogenation rate of a double bond contained in the conjugated diene monomer of 10 mol% to 85 mol%.SELECTED DRAWING: None
