Abstract:

To provide an additive package for a lublicant which can be used for blending to an oil for obtaining an oil having low sulfur, low ash, and low phosphorus using overbased calcium fenate.

The additive package for a lubricant is oil-soluble, has a low content of sulfur, ash and phosphorus, and contains an overbased metal fenate. And there are provided a lubricant containing this oil-soluble additive package for a lubricant and a machine lubricated with such a lubricant.
