Abstract:
To improve stain resistance of a coated film.SOLUTION: An additive for powder coating contains an inorganic particle, a silicate compound carried on the inorganic particle, and a (meth)acrylic copolymer carried on the inorganic particle. The (meth)acrylic copolymer contained in the additive for powder coating contains a (meth)acrylic monomer unit (U1) having a hydroxyl group and an amide group. A powder coating composition is obtained by mixing the additive for powder coating and the powder coating and a coated film containing the additive for powder coating can be formed by coating the powder coating composition. An organic pigment is preferable as the inorganic particle and a silica particle, a calcium carbonate particle, a barium sulfate particle or the like is more preferable.SELECTED DRAWING: None
