This address position indication system 1 for indicating a position of a specific address on the digital map has a digital map database 7 generated on the basis of a first coordinate system; a coordinate value database 4 storing a coordinate value of each address in a second coordinate system in connection with each address; a specific address input means 2 for inputting the specific address to be indicated on the digital map; a coordinate value reading means 6 for reading the coordinate value of the specific address in the second coordinate system in response to the input; a corresponding coordinate value specification means 10 finding a corresponding coordinate value in the first coordinate system; a map reading means 8 for reading the digital map; and a position display means 12 for indicating the position of the specific address onto the digital map on the basis of the corresponding coordinate value.
