Abstract:

To reduce the disk inclination by laminating disks back to back, which are coated with a photosetting adhesive material, irradiating a second disk front surface with light for a first prescribed time, irradiating a first disk front surface with light and the second disk front surface for a second prescribed time, and exposing the first disk front surface to the light for a third prescribed time.

A DVD 11 is moved below a top side lamp 35/3 and above a bottom side lamp 35/6 using a conveyor 37 and a single surface exposure is conducted by only turning on the lamp 35/6 for a prescribed time. After the first exposure, the DVD 11 is moved under a top side lamp 35/2 and over a bottom side lamp 35/5 and both lamps are turned on for a second prescribed time. After the second exposure, the DVD 11 is moved under a top side lamp 35/1 and over a bottom side lamp 35/4 and only the lamp 35/1 is turned on for a third prescribed time. Then, the hardening of an adhesive material 19 is completed.
