To provide a technology for stabilizing adhesion of a flap in a process for enveloping and sealing by using an automatic machine.
The adhesion auxiliary device of an envelope flap includes a rotor 40 in which a plurality of rotation modules are radially arranged. When receiving an envelope E after enveloped and sealed by a rewetting glue, in a predetermined position, the rotor 40 holds the envelop E while the part of the flap is pressed by a flap pressing plate. When the rotor 40 rotates in this state, the envelope is transferred in a rotational direction in the flap-pressed state, and adhesion of the flat is stabilized during this period. The rotor 40 releases the holding of the envelope E in another position after the transfer of the envelope E, thereby discharging the envelope E toward a subsequent process.
