Title:
ADHESION OF PRIMER WITH ADHESION RESISTANT SUBSTRATE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3798502
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a primer that can attain sufficient adhesion to not only poor adhesion substrate as polyethylene or polypropylene but also to another types of poor adhesion substrates as silicone rubber and fluorine resins by using 2-cyanoacrylate adhesive and provide an adhesion process that can attain the adhesion of poor adhesion substrates with 2-cyanoacrylate adhesive using this primer.
SOLUTION: This primer comprises a silicone oil, a trialkylamine (N,N- dimethylalkylamine) and a solvent. In the primer composition, the proportion of the silicone oil is preferably 0.01-5 wt.% and the trialkylamine is 0.005-3 wt.%. After poor adhesion substrate is coated with this primer on the site to be adhered, then 2-cyanoacrylate adhesive is applied thereto for the adhesion.
