Abstract:
To solve the problems that uniform coating of an adhesive to sheet metal components takes time and positioning and fixation of sheet metal components coated with an adhesive also take time in adhesion of sheet metal components (or molded components) to a plate, and adhesion strength easily varies since management of adhesion thickness of an adhesion surface is difficult.SOLUTION: In adhesion of sheet metal components (or molded components) to a plate, projections in which material is continuous and through holes are provided on an adhesion surface of sheet metal components, an adhesive is injected from the through holes, a fillet is formed while projecting in an arc shape relative to an end of an adhesion surface, thus simplifying adhesion work and realizing adhesion structure for improving adhesion strength.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1A
