PURPOSE: To bind a plurality of single leaf papers using an adhesive without using a binding needle by arranging a plurality of the single leaf papers to perforate the same by a punch and allowing an adhesive to flow in the perforations to bind a plurality of the single leaf papers.

CONSTITUTION: A plurality of single leaf papers after the completion of copy are arranged to be perforated by a sharp-pointed punch 1 and the hole of a die 6 is made rather large at this time to form burr and, immediately after the piercing of the punch 1, the flow-out pressure of an adhesive 13 is made adjustable by the siphon effect due to the rising and falling of a tank 14 and the jet timing and amount of the adhesive are regulated by setting the interval between the punch 1 and the die 6 so as to change a stop ring 3 to a position 3' or 3" to inject the adhesive and, simultaneously with the rising of the punch 1, the die 6 and a packing 16 also rise to push up the burr part of a document 12 to be bound to bring the document to the pressure contact state with a stripper 16 and the packing 16 is further allowed to rise to push up the burr and, at the same time pressure contact is completed, the adhesive 13 is sealed and blocked by the packing 16 and the oblique surface of a receiving stand 7. Even when the punch 1 rises, the bound document 12 is bonded under pressure by the receiving stand 7 and the packing 16.
