Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an adhesive or coating compsn. excellent in the adhesiveness to metal (e.g.; steel) a polymer (e.g.; polyamide) and polyethylene.
CONSTITUTION: A graft copolymer composed of a skeleton of polyethylene with density of 935 kg/m3 or more and having polymerizable ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic acid (deriv.) grafted thereon (A) and low density polyethylene with density of 860-915 kg/m3, pref., 880-905 kg/m3 (B) are compounded in a wt. ratio A:B of (5:95)-(70:30), pref., (20:800-(70:30). Further, if necessary, 10-70 wt.% of other polyolefin (c) is compounded. A structure is formed by applying a coating layer composed of this compsn. to a base material of every kind.
