Abstract:
To provide an adhesive composition capable of reducing a dielectric constant and improving step followability and durability when forming an adhesive layer.SOLUTION: The adhesive composition contains a crosslinkable acrylic polymer, a crosslinking agent, a polymer having an unsaturated hydrocarbon in the molecule, and an alkoxysilyl group-containing acrylic polymer. The crosslinkable acrylic polymer is contained in an amount of 50 mass% or more based on the adhesive composition. The polymer having an unsaturated hydrocarbon has a number average molecular weight of 250-15,000 and is in a liquid or oily state at 20°C. The alkoxysilyl group-containing acrylic polymer has a weight average molecular weight of 400-5,000 and is in a liquid or oily state at 20°C. When an adhesive layer which is a cured product of the adhesive composition is formed, the adhesive layer has a dielectric constant of 3.5 or less at a frequency of 1 MHz.
