Abstract:
To provide an adhesive composition capable of bonding a metal to a polyolefin with a sufficiently high adhesive strength even by molding under a comparatively low pressure such as by extrusion molding, and capable of obtaining a composite member having a sufficient durability conforming to a salt water immersion test or the like without using a primer.
The adhesive composition contains the polyolefin, a modified elastomer formed by adding an unsaturated carboxylic acid or its anhydride to an elastomer, and a liquid hydrocarbon; and is used for bonding a polyolefin layer to a metal member.
