PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive composition having excellent B stage stability and C stage curability, a light control panel comprising the same, a method for producing the same, and an optical imaging device.SOLUTION: An adhesive composition comprises polyolefin having a functional group, and at least one selected from the group consisting of an epoxy compound, olefin having an acid functional group, an isocyanate compound and a blocked isocyanate compound, and is used for the adhesion of a laminate comprising a transparent base material and a metal layer.SELECTED DRAWING: None
