Abstract:
To provide an adhesive composition for a polarization plate allowing for formation of an adhesive layer that is less likely to peel off from the polarization plate and foam even when exposed under a high-temperature environment, and a polarization plate with an adhesive layer.SOLUTION: The present invention provides an adhesive composition for a polarization plate, and a polarization plate with an adhesive layer. The adhesive composition for a polarization plate comprises: a (meth)acrylic copolymer (A) that includes a constituent unit derived from a monomer having a hydroxyl group and a constituent unit derived from a (meth)acrylic acid alkyl ester monomer, and has a weight average molecular weight of 1.3 million or more; a polyisocyanate compound (B); an imidazole compound (C); and a tackifier (D) having a hydroxyl group and having a hydroxyl value of 10 mgKOH/g or more, wherein a gel fraction after cross-linking of the adhesive composition for a polarization plate is within the range of 20 mass% or more and less than 45 mass%.SELECTED DRAWING: None
