Abstract:

To provide an adhesive composition having at least one among the following improved characteristics as compared with the adhesive without having polymer nano-particles: in a wet composition, an improved rheology and wet film uniformity (i.e., green strength) characteristics, and in a dry composition, an improved relative adhesion, a peel build characteristic, a resistance to plasticizer and solvent migration, a gas-blocking characteristic and a characteristics of an improved rheology against a low temperature treatment, etc.

This adhesive material containing at least one substrate and at least one adhesive composition, the adhesive composition contains 80-100 wt. % polymer nano-particles having 1-50 nm mean particle diameter based on the total weight of all polymer components, and the polymer nano-particles contains at least one kind of a poly-ethylenically unsaturated monomer as a polymerization unit.
