This adhesive composition is characterized by containing a modified natural rubber latex obtained by graft-polymerizing a polar group-containing monomer, a butadiene-styrene-vinylpyridine terpolymer rubber latex, dihydric phenols and a compound having a functional group reacting with the hydroxy groups of the dihydric phenols.
